
After a week of beautiful food at the side of the river in France. Fresh bread, local meats. delicious fruit and vegetables, each lunchtime was the perfect recipe.
Back to reality, off to work, phone ringing, emails flying into my inbox and the team all want to update me of their always stressful week. After a whirlwind of a day I sit down on the sofa with a cup of tea realising my lunch was a pack of strawberry laces. This has got to stop, I spend my days advocating a healthy balanced diet, I must start practicing what I preach. Therefore I want to share with you my quest to find tasty lunches that I can have on the run, whether it’s at work, climbing up a mountain or my most happy place kayaking down a river.
